Interests

I enjoy developing safety management systems that make it easier for teams to get work done, while ensuring that it can be done both safely and efficiently.

I find it to be a unique challenge to develop safety management systems – both large and small – that can meet a large variation of regulatory needs. This includes designing programs for companies with operations in multiple provinces and states, and for firms that operate in multiple industry verticals.

I also enjoy going on site to work with construction personnel, site inspectors and clients to ensure that health and safety policies are being adhered to and client quality/health/safety/environment needs are being met by everyone involved.
